The bet
AGI does not arrive as a hyper-advanced pure language model. It arrives as a neuro-symbolic orchestra that can render the next moments of the world at macro and micro scale. We are training that engine, and shipping the first products on top of it.
Pluto, the first product, is a CAD for social media. The next products go after finance, govtech, healthcare, defense, admin, and every other domain where prediction has economic value. Each takes the name of a planet.
What we look for
- People who write code that runs and prose that lands.
- A strong technical background and a strong opinion about how the world works.
- Willingness to switch hats. Research one week, product the next, customer call after that.
- A point of view on what people pay to know.
Specific titles matter less than fit. If you do not see a role below that fits and you still want in, write anyway.

Research
Train the universal base representation of a human. Specialize it cheaply into agents. Push the neuro-symbolic substrate underneath every Verent product.
Engineering
Build the simulation engine and the infrastructure that runs millions of agents per campaign. Reimplement platform ranking algorithms and keep them calibrated.
Applied modeling
Take the engine into a domain. Social media first, then finance, govtech, healthcare, defense, admin. Bring deep knowledge of a space and a strong opinion about what people pay to know.
Product (Pluto)
Ship the first product on the engine. API, simulation UI, integrations, the tooling that influencers and brand teams use every day.
Design
Make a CAD for social media that people enjoy using. Visual, interaction, and editorial design across the product and the company.
Go-to-market
Bring Pluto to influencers, brand agencies, startups, and enterprise teams. Run the first hundred campaigns yourself.
